Senate Agrees with House Vote on Iraq

greeing with the House of Representatives, the Senate voted 77-23 to authorize President Bush to use military force, if he deems it necessary, to disarm Iraq and overthrow the government. Voting "yes'' were 29 Democrats and 48 Republicans. Voting "no'' were 21 Democrats, one Republican and one independent. Here's the roll call vote:
